The breakfast was warm and perfect, with a choice of cereal or yogurt. the hotel is in a stunning central location, just a short walk from the Gilbert Scott restaurant, St Pancras and Kings Cross stations, and the international train station. Trafalgar Square was easily accessible from the hotel, making it convenient for sightseeing.

The location was stunning and brilliant, easy walk to Hansom Lounge. I enjoyed that the hotel was 27 minutes drive from the airport. The staff was really good and welcoming, the room was airy with access to the Chambers Club which is a very nice getaway for a breakfast, the bath and the best beds...

The property was in the heart of the city. The room was spotless, plus towels were huge.

I had a great holiday stay in a junior suite with a view of the Eurostar platforms, and the incredibly kind and friendly staff made it even better.

The overall quality was excellent. A really beautiful building which holds an amazing atmosphere. The Gilbert Scott restaurant within the hotel was of a very high standard. We only stayed for one night & really wasn't ready ready to leave. Will definately be booking this hotel again but for a longer stay.

My relative and I loved being there. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. I had lunch in the rooftop restaurant.
Even though the breakfast itself was above average and varied, it was n't included.

The location was excellent and the architecture beautiful.
Our room was no different to a Premier Inn. Very disappointing for the rate we paid..

The staf were friendly and accomodating. We arrived late evening on the eurostar from Paris - following a business conference -very tired. We were 'whisked' through the formalities and shown to the lift by the manager himself who offered to show us some of the architecturall glories of the hotel once we felt more refreshed. Will certainly stay there again when in London - whether business or leisure.

Everyone very helpful and we loved the Gilbert Scott restaurant. It was great to be so convenient for Eurostar.
We had a superior room and the bathroom was the standard of a Travel Lodge. The shower in the bath was dreadful and amenities poor for a 5 star hotel

Perhaps the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in
The kitchen was rather a long way from the " Booking Hall" so that the breakfast food tended to be cold and the corridor the waiters have to walk down from the kitchen with the breakfast food is already looking worn
